Airtake
Terms of Use
Effective date: 13 October 2026
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Alparslan Köprülü, an individual developer (sole proprietor), Kahramanmaraş 46800, Türkiye ("we", "us"), for the Airtake app and the website www.airtake.app (together, the "Service"). By using Airtake you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Airtake.
1. What Airtake does
You type a moment and a person's name. Airtake uses AI to write an original song about them, sing it, and turn it into a short music-video clip. You can keep the clip private, save it, share it, or post it to the Airtake feed.
2. Who can use Airtake
- You must be at least 16 years old. Airtake is not for anyone under 16.
- If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you need your parent's or guardian's permission to use Airtake and to make purchases.
- Planned messaging and "Star in it" features will be for adults (18+) only.
- If we learn that a user is under 16, we delete the account.
- You may not use Airtake if the law forbids it, or if we have banned you before.
3. Your account
- Airtake creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You don't need an email or a password.
- Your creations, credits and posts belong to that anonymous account on this install. If you delete the app, reset your phone or switch devices, you may lose them, and we may not be able to recover them. Subscriptions can be restored from the store with "Restore purchases".
- You are responsible for activity on your device and account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account.
4. Subscriptions, credits and payments
4.1 Airtake Pro
- Airtake Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Plans, prices, billing periods and included credits are shown on the purchase screen and in the store before you pay. The store's price is final and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period until you cancel it. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- To cancel, go to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Airtake account does not cancel the subscription.
- After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Introductory or discounted offers apply only once, only to eligible accounts under the store's rules, and then renew at the regular price shown.
- Pro currently unlocks all clip looks and removes the "Made with Airtake" watermark. The AI label stays on every clip. We may change what Pro includes, but we will not reduce it during a period you already paid for.
4.2 Credits
- Creating songs and clips costs credits. The cost is shown before you tap Create.
- You get credits with Pro, by buying credit packs, or as rewards (for example from the gift wheel).
- Credits are consumable digital items. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged, and can be used only in Airtake.
- Credits already in your account stay after your subscription ends. They are lost when you delete your account.
- If a creation fails or is cancelled, its credits are returned automatically.
- Without Pro, credits can be used only on the free looks.
4.3 Free clip and rewards
New users can get one free, watermarked clip. Rewards and offers are limited, may change, and can be withdrawn if they are abused. We may use a device check to stop the same device from claiming free offers repeatedly (see the Privacy Policy).
4.4 Refunds
Apple and Google handle all payments and refunds under their own policies. To ask for a refund, contact Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves. Credits are non-refundable, except where the store decides to refund a purchase. If the store refunds a purchase, we may remove the Pro access or credits it gave.
Credits and clips are digital content supplied right away. By buying, you ask us to start supplying them immediately. Where the law allows, you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has started. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory right you have as a consumer.
5. Your content
"Your inputs" are what you type: names, moments and captions. "Outputs" are what Airtake generates for you: lyrics, songs, clips and cover images.
- You keep whatever rights you have in your inputs.
- You promise that you have the right to use your inputs, and that using them in Airtake doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.
- You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, render, transmit and display your inputs and outputs only to operate the Service for you. This includes sending them to our AI providers to generate your content, showing the posts you choose to publish to the audience you choose, and moderating content.
- When you post a clip, other Airtake users who can see it may watch it, like it, and share it with the app's share features.
- This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by you or others, and records we must keep by law or for safety (for example reports).
- We do not sell your inputs or outputs. Our AI providers process them only to generate your output, under their own terms.
6. AI-generated songs and clips
- Songs and clips are made by AI. They can be inaccurate, strange, or similar to what other people get.
- Every clip is labeled as AI-generated, on screen and in its file metadata. Don't remove the label, and don't present a clip as a real recording of a real person singing.
- What you may do: you may use, download and share the songs and clips you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on social media.
- What you may not do without our written permission: use them commercially. This includes ads and sponsored content, selling or licensing them, distributing them on music streaming services, and syncing them with films, games or other commercial media.
- We do not claim ownership of your outputs. We keep the licence in section 5 to operate the Service.
- AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in your country. We do not guarantee that any output is protected by copyright, or that it is unique.
- Don't use outputs to train or build other AI models.
- You are responsible for how you use and share outputs.
7. Rules for content and conduct
Airtake is for celebrating and teasing friends, not hurting them. You must not use Airtake to create, post or share content that:
- copies real music: known song lyrics, real artists' names, voices or styles presented as theirs, band or brand names, or anything that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- bullies or harasses: a roast must be affectionate. No mocking someone's appearance, body, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or health, no threats, and no targeting someone who doesn't want it;
- targets public figures: no songs or clips about politicians, celebrities or other public figures, and nothing that impersonates a real person;
- exposes private information: no one else's address, phone number, health, finances or other private details;
- is sexual, involves minors in any sexual or harmful way, or sexualizes anyone;
- is hateful or violent, promotes self-harm, or encourages illegal activity;
- is deceptive: fake news, scams, spam, or content meant to make people think it is real.
You also must not:
- try to get around credit charges, limits, the watermark, free-clip rules or safety checks;
- use bots, scripts or modified apps, or access our services other than through the app;
- reverse engineer, overload or attack the Service, or access other users' data;
- create multiple accounts or reset devices to abuse offers or evade a ban.
We filter some words and names automatically, and our AI is instructed to follow these rules, but filters are not perfect. You are responsible for what you create, post and share.
8. The feed, posting and safety tools
- Only clips made in Airtake can be posted. You choose who sees each post: Public, Followers or Only me. Roast songs start as Followers.
- Your profile, handle and post counts can be seen by other users.
- Report: you can report any post. The person you report won't know it was you. When three different people report a post, it is hidden from feeds until we review it. We review reports and act on them as quickly as we can.
- Block: blocking someone hides their posts from you and yours from them, and stops them following you.
- Delete: you can delete your own posts and clips at any time.
- Takedown requests: to report content outside the app, or to ask us to remove content about you (even if you don't use Airtake), email support@airtake.app with a link or a description.
- We may remove or hide any content, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put others at risk. We may do this without notice where safety requires it. Repeat offenders are banned.
9. Intellectual property and copyright complaints
- The Service, the app, our looks, designs, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your devices under these terms and the store's rules.
- "Airtake" and our logo are our marks. Don't use them without permission.
- Copyright complaints: if you believe content on Airtake infringes your rights, email support@airtake.app with your contact details, the work, where the content is in Airtake, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act, and your signature.
- If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our removal notice with your explanation, and we will review it.
10. Third-party services
Airtake relies on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Eachlabs, fal.ai, Anthropic, Mureka, Cloudflare and others (see the Privacy Policy). Their own terms may apply to you, for example the App Store or Google Play terms for purchases. We are not responsible for third-party services we don't control.
App Store downloads: Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims about the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and not on a US list of prohibited parties.
11. Changes and availability
- We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service, including looks, AI models, prices, credit costs and features.
- We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using Airtake after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don't accept, stop using Airtake and delete your account.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows:
- Airtake is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that outputs will be accurate, original, unique or fit for any purpose, or that every name or language will be pronounced correctly.
- We are not responsible for content that other users post or share.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Airtake in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.
14. Your responsibility
You are responsible, as the law provides, for claims by others that arise from content you create or share in breach of these terms or the law.
15. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using Airtake and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
- If we stop the Service, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before. Unused credits have no value after the Service ends. Your mandatory consumer rights, and the store's refund rules, are not affected.
- Sections that by their nature should survive (for example licences for content already shared, disclaimers, limits of liability and governing law) survive the end of the agreement.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kahramanmaraş have jurisdiction.
This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Consumers in the EU and the UK keep their local rights and can bring claims in their local courts. Consumers in Türkiye can also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or consumer courts within the legal limits.
Before starting a formal dispute, please email support@airtake.app so we can try to solve it.
17. General
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right, we have not waived it.
- You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them to a successor of the Service.
- These terms are available in English and Turkish. If the versions differ, the Turkish version applies to users in Türkiye and the English version to everyone else.
